By accessing or using relentiv.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and Relentiv, a Registered Partnership Firm with MSME/Udyam Registration, having its principal place of business at Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India 560068.

2. About Relentiv

Relentiv provides web application development, mobile application development, AI product engineering, game engineering, UI/UX design, and related digital transformation services. Website content is general information only and does not create a binding service engagement.

3. Permitted Use

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and accurate inquiries.
  • Do not attempt unauthorised access, scraping, disruption, impersonation, spam, or malicious activity.
  • Do not reproduce, mirror, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

4. No Contract from Website Use

A binding engagement with Relentiv is formed only through a written Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or other signed agreement. Verbal discussions, email exchanges, website forms, estimates, service descriptions, and portfolio material do not create a contract.

5. Inquiry Forms and Confidentiality

Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response, proposal, or business relationship. Do not submit trade secrets or sensitive proprietary data through public forms. If confidential review is needed, request a mutual NDA before sharing such material.

6. Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, logos, images, design, code, layout, and the Relentiv name and brand are owned by Relentiv or used with permission. Project work product and ownership transfer are governed only by the signed agreement for that engagement.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Relentiv does not control or endorse third-party sites. The website is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or complete accuracy.

8. Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relentiv is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use. You agree to indemnify Relentiv for claims related to your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or unlawful submitted content.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
